Presented calculators derive practical salinity for salinometers and CTD-systems. Also, I am offering a unique possibility for the on-line conversion of the salinity samples’ practical salinity to reference conductivity, using CTD-system temperature and pressure readings. This is a very useful tool for the in situ CTD-systems conductivity calibration.
